RE: Changes to Motor Vehicle Inspection Regulations As of February 1, 2007, the regulation for Motor Vehicle Inspections in Nova Scotia have changed. Significant changes to the regulation include:
In the case where a wheel or brake drum cannot be removed using normal shop practices, you will be informed and must authorize the additional work/cost. Should you choose to refuse the additional work, the vehicle will be rejected and deemed un-roadworthy.
